Free Website Development Term of Service
The use of services from SignatureWebMedia.com [hereafter referred to as "SWM"] constitutes agreement to these terms. You may view our Privacy Policy here.
1.) General Term of Service
Anyone who utilizes SWM free website/blog site development service must accept SWM's general Term of Service if he/she is accepted by SWM.
2.) Requirements
The Free website/blog site development service is offered to anyone who purchased 12 months or more of SWM's web hosting services (Stage2 or higher plans, pre-paid) or purchased web hosting solutions from one of our affiliate hosting services. (Please contact sales for details.)
3.) Restrictions
The free website/blog site developments are done based on freely available website/blog templates, themes and plugins. We will not: supply contents, create logos and/or artworks, keyword research nor search engine optimization (SEO.). Customers who receives this free website/blog site development service must supply such information.
One free template based development per purchase is given. Each free development includes three hours worth of development. Usually three hours are enough to build a template based website as long as the contents are provided. We may extend such free development hours based on the situation at our discretion.
4.) Domain Registration
Every hosting account requires a top-level domain name to function (e.g. yournewsitename.org). Domain name registration is not included with SWM's hosting accounts whether free or paid (except for occasional limited-time offers). The hosting account holder is responsible for providing us his or her own top-level domain name and its account information to modify domain's DNS or Name Server records to function.
5.) Support
While SWM will make every effort to provide technical support during initial development stage as-available basis.
6.) Reputation
Any customers, who receive free website/blog site development service, who does anything to endanger the reputation of SWM while receiving our free website/blog site development service is subject to immediate and permanent termination of the service without notice.
7.) Changes to the TOS
SWM reserves the right to revise its policies at any time without notice.
